ICROSTRUCTURE EVOLUTION OF STEEL-ALUMINUM WIRE DURING DEFORMATION BY "EQUAL-CHANNEL ANGULAR PRESSING-DRAWING"METHOD

چکیده

During experimental studies of the equal-channel angular pressing-drawing effect on microstructure evolution and mechanical properties change, principal possibility effectiveness using proposed continuous method for forming an ultrafine-grained structure increasing strength steel-aluminum wire was proved. The deformation carried out at ambient temperature in three passes. It is shown that both layers bimetallic are processed unevenly. An aluminum shell with initial grain size 22 microns up to 2 microns. steel core has a different transverse longitudinal sections. With 18 microns, after about 10 section 8 section.
